Roboflex® mission is to develop, produce and commercialize solutions to integrate tablets technology, smartphones and any other mobile devices in the most diverse environment, aggregating value to customer’s business. We hope that you can get the most of your product, however, in case of in case of vices, problems, defects and/or intercurrence, the warranty can be triggered as stipulated below:
The warranty may be invoked as stipulated below:

Roboflex’s® warranty is valid for the period of 365 (three hundred and sixty and five) calendar days from the date of emission of the purchase receipt, as follows: 90 (ninety) days of LEGAL coverage, based on the article 26, item I, of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor + 275 (two hundred and seventy five) days of CONTRACTUAL coverage; The repair and/or replacement of component(s) during the period of warranty does not extend the coverage now established for Roboflex® products, except for repaired components, which will have a 90 (ninety) calendar days after the replacement and/or repair.

This warranty right is only valid if the damaged product is delivered to Roboflex® within the warranty period, in compliance with the assumptions for granting the warranty;

During the warranty period, Roboflex’s® product (or any of its components) which presents problems due to manufacturing defect or is found to be lacking in quality will be repaired or replaced free of charge;

The warranty offered by the manufacturer includes Technical Assistance service (and similar services) at Roboflex® facilities, but does not include travel, lodging, meals and others costs due to the request and/or need of a service in field and/or location other than Roboflex® headquarters, being customer’s responsibility the payment of the referred costs, as well the costs with assembly and disassembly of the equipments;

When a product or any of its components are replaced by Roboflex®, the product or the component(s) sent in for repair becomes Roboflex’s® property

In case of vices, problems, defects and/or incurrences of the product (or with one or more of its components), we ask the customer to notify the Technical Assistance/Quality department of Roboflex® through the following e-mail: assistencia.tecnica@roboflex.com.br and/or by WhatsApp at +55 (31) 98392-3756, describing the name of the buyer, number of the purchase receipt, model of the product and the problem presented, and provide pictures and/or videos that can illustrate the situation. The response time is 1 to 5 working days from the time the e-mail or message has sent reporting the problem (between 8am and 5:30pm, except on the main national holidays or from Belo Horizonte/MG);

Once the problem is found by Roboflex® technical team, the customer must make the product available for shipment to the manufacturer’s headquarters located in Belo Horizonte/MG

Roboflex® will only be responsible for the vices, problems, defects and/or occurrences that may exist, only after a diagnostic made by Roboflex® Technical Assistance, reserving itself to the right of non-refund costs with repairs in unauthorized places, parts replacement, pieces and/or equipments, labor, loss of profit and/or cessing profit, among others;

Roboflex® will have up to 30 (thirty) days to solve the eventual product defect, as provided in §1º in article 18 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, since the damaged product is at Roboflex® Headquarters within the warranty period, as well is covered by the events set forth herein. The referred correction period shall be counted from the date of receipt of the product at the manufacturer’s office and shall end on the date of notification by Roboflex® Technical Assistance to the customer, via e-mail, that the product is available for pick-up or shipment;

The current warranty DOES NOT include:

  • The natural wear and tear of the product
  • Misuse of the product and/or its components;
  • Any and all defects due to improper, negligent, or out-of-specified product use, operation, and/or installation (if in doubt, consult the instructions accompanying the product, or contact Roboflex® TECHNICAL/QUALITY SERVICE);
  • Mechanical or electrical problems due external factors of components and/or equipments not provided by Roboflex® (such as wrong voltage connection, peak and/or overload of mains voltage, use out-of-specified, product violation, use of non-original or inappropriate parts or even adaptation of additional parts without Roboflex® approvals;
  • Assembly and disassembly by unauthorized persons;
  • Inappropriate storage and/or transportation;
  • Chemical, electrochemical, electric, mechanical or atmospheric;
  • Use in locations where there is aggressive chemical interactions which may cause its bad functioning or that cause the product to malfunction;
  • Defects caused to the finishing due to inadequate cleaning (chemical products, solvents, abrasives, sandpaper, double face sponges, etc…);
  • Breakage, theft, robbery or fire of the product or of any component, even if by fortuitous case or force majeure;

The right to warranty provided in this term does not includes products upgrades, being contemplated only repairs and/or replacement of components or, as the case may be, the complete product, which are in the warranty clauses;

During the LEGAL warranty period, Roboflex® will bear the expenses for the shipping costs of the defective products.

During the CONTRACTUAL warranty period, the customer will be responsible for all the shipping costs of the products to the manufacturer’s headquarters and it return;

If the product does not fit the clauses of Roboflex® warranty, the shipping costs will be responsibility of the customer, regardless of the deadline. 

Roboflex® is not responsible for eventual damage that may occur with the products due to third-parties carriers, which are entirely the responsibility of the carriers, unless otherwise stipulated.

If the product sent to Technical Assistance is not within the warranty period and/or does not fits in the clauses for warranty, will be offered technical support, being paid exclusively by the customer through a quote made by Roboflex®.

In case of defect outside the warranty, Roboflex® will have 30 (thirty) days after approval of the quotation to remedy the eventual problem with the product and will end at the notification date made by the Technical Assistance for the customer, via eletronic mail, informing that the product is available for withdrawal, at customer responsibility.

After Roboflex® Technical Assistance completes the maintenance, within and/or outside the warranty period, the customer will be notified, by e-mail, about the ending of the work. The customer will have a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days to pick up the equipment at the manufacturer’s headquarters. 

If the customer does not pick up the equipment, will be charged a daily fine of 2% (two percent) on the value of the equipment purchased at the time, emphasizing that after 180 (one hundred and eighty) days will be charged ICMS, besides the other taxes, on the customer’s responsibility.

Based on the article 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Law nº 8.078, of setember 11, of 1990), in case the customer make the purchase outside Roboflex’s® commercial establishment, he may be granted the right to withdraw from the purchase, and this right shall be requested within seven (7) calendar days from the approval of the estimate or from the sending of the purchase order, both of which are considered to be the signature of a contract between the parties.

In case of regret, the product must be returned in its original package, with no signs of use, accompanied by the purchase receipt, its manuals and other accessories.
