What is IP protection
It is an international standard that defines the level of protection of products against the intrusion of dust and water. This classification is often used to specify the degree of protection of electronic equipment, industrial devices, luminaires, household appliances, among others.
The first digit indicates protection against solid objects, ranging from 0 to 6, and the second digit indicates protection against liquids, ranging from 0 to 9. The higher the number, the greater the protection.
Roboflex® has products that meet the international classification of IP54 or IP65.
IP65: 6 indicates total protection against dust, including small grains such as sand, ore, etc. 5 means that the product has been tested against water jets.
IP54: 5 indicates protection against dust, and 4 indicates protection against water projections.
Types of cases
Magnetic
The Roboflex magnetic system is an exclusive technology that allows devices to be attached to and charged in Roboflex ecosystem cases.
The Roboflex magnetic system has been developed to withstand the constant removal of equipment during operation. It keeps the device charged when the plug is connected to the case.
No attachment
Ideal for greater mobility in field operations. Case option without base for rear attachment. With the use of handles, they are ideal for dynamic field operations that require constant mobility.
Screwed
Ideal for operations in which the equipment will be fixed to supports, whether on walls, columns, tables, etc. and does not need to be removed constantly, allowing the equipment to be used by several users.
Made from high-strength, lightweight material, it’s a great solution for keeping your equipment safe without compromising on adjustability.
Types of bases
Screwed
The screw base is intended for operations where the equipment will be in a fixed location, without mobility and easy access for all users.
Portable
Portable bases are ideal for users who need to constantly remove the equipment during or at the end of an operation.
They are also ideal for installing the equipment without the need for drilling or altering the location, such as vehicle dashboards.
