Roboflex’s\u00ae warranty is valid for the period of 365 (three hundred and sixty and five) calendar days from the date of emission of the purchase receipt, as follows: 90 (ninety) days of LEGAL coverage, based on the article 26, item I, of the C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor + 275 (two hundred and seventy five) days of CONTRACTUAL coverage; The repair and\/or replacement of component(s) during the period of warranty does not extend the coverage now established for Roboflex\u00ae products, except for repaired components, which will have a 90 (ninety) calendar days after the replacement and\/or repair.<\/span><\/p>

This warranty right is only valid if the damaged product is delivered to Roboflex\u00ae within the warranty period, in compliance with the assumptions for granting the warranty;<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

During the warranty period, Roboflex’s\u00ae product (or any of its components) which presents problems due to manufacturing defect or is found to be lacking in quality will be repaired or replaced free of charge;<\/span><\/p>

The warranty offered by the manufacturer includes Technical Assistance service (and similar services) at Roboflex\u00ae facilities, but does not include travel, lodging, meals and others costs due to the request and\/or need of a service in field and\/or location other than Roboflex\u00ae headquarters, being customer’s responsibility the payment of the referred costs, as well the costs with assembly and disassembly of the equipments; <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

When a product or any of its components are replaced by Roboflex\u00ae, the product or the component(s) sent in for repair becomes Roboflex’s\u00ae property<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPROCEDURES TO WARRANTY REQUEST<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t

In case of vices, problems, defects and\/or incurrences of the product (or with one or more of its components), we ask the customer to notify the Technical Assistance\/Quality department of Roboflex\u00ae through the following e-mail: assistencia.tecnica@lightyellow-zebra-660216.hostingersite.com and\/or by WhatsApp at +55 (31) 98392-3756, describing the name of the buyer, number of the purchase receipt, model of the product and the problem presented, and provide pictures and\/or videos that can illustrate the situation. The response time is 1 to 5 working days from the time the e-mail or message has sent reporting the problem (between 8am and 5:30pm, except on the main national holidays or from Belo Horizonte\/MG);<\/span><\/p>

Once the problem is found by Roboflex\u00ae technical team, the customer must make the product available for shipment to the manufacturer’s headquarters located in Belo Horizonte\/MG<\/span><\/p>

Roboflex\u00ae will only be responsible for the vices, problems, defects and\/or occurrences that may exist, only after a diagnostic made by Roboflex\u00ae Technical Assistance, reserving itself to the right of non-refund costs with repairs in unauthorized places, parts replacement, pieces and\/or equipments, labor, loss of profit and\/or cessing profit, among others;<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Roboflex\u00ae will have up to 30 (thirty) days to solve the eventual product defect, as provided in \u00a71\u00ba in article 18 of the C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor, since the damaged product is at Roboflex\u00ae Headquarters within the warranty period, as well is covered by the events set forth herein. The referred correction period shall be counted from the date of receipt of the product at the manufacturer’s office and shall end on the date of notification by Roboflex\u00ae Technical Assistance to the customer, via e-mail, that the product is available for pick-up or shipment;<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
